A major second line behind our food-grade shots. We manufacture 10 ml bottles only, with a choice of two neck sizes and strong available capacity.

Process
How we manufacture.
Blowpack Ltd purchases PET preforms and stretch-blows them into finished bottles. That is our process: we do not mould glass, and we do not claim to supply every packaging format — our focus is PET bottles.
Details such as neck finish and colour depend on the preforms and tooling available for a given job. Tell us which size you need, approximate quantities and any technical notes, and we will advise what we can support.
Fill and label
We are also a small packing company, available to fill and label small batches for customer brands at a competitive price. Food and non-food filling run in separately roomed areas at Unit 1. Mention filling or labelling in your enquiry if you need it.
